It is worth noting that the Iranian Assistance Company is not an insurance company. This company is required to transfer all its insurable risks to Iranian insurance companies based on the current laws of the country. The members of the Iranian Assistance Company are covered by the Assistance Company's insurer. At the time of signing the membership contract, the members allow the Assistance Company to provide this coverage for them. In this way, the Assistance Company members both gain access to the insurance coverage they need and benefit from the extensive services provided in the form of a service package.
